The new method for flange connections

The QF method is a "cold" alternative to a welded flange, and the technology will within minutes establish a mechanically robust and pressure-tight connection between pipe and flange.

The QF connection has several advantages compared to existing solutions:

"Cold" operation
No fire- or explosion hazard provides for a cost effective operation in hazardous areas.

QHSE
The QF operation is inherently pollution-free, and provides a method for immediate and permanent repair of leaks.

Efficiency
Fast and efficient operation, a 2" QF connection is mounted in less than 60 seconds.

Metal - to - metal seal
No gaskets which can be affected by temperature or fluids. The technology can be utilized on both new and used piping systems.

Mobility
The QF equipment is light and mobile, a 2" hydraulic tool weighs approx. 7 kgs.

Compatibility
Quickflange utilizes standard ASME flanges

Quickflange can deliver all dimensions from 1" to 8" piping with wall-thickness from Schedule 10 to Schedule 40. 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" systems can also be delivered for Schedule 80 pipe. Materials are Carbon steel, Stainless Steel 316, Duplex, Super Duplex 2" - 3", CuNi and 6MO. Other materials and dimensions on request.

Certification

All Quickflange equipment is fully certified.
